Shipping policy
General
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Depending on the shipping destination, all orders should arrive to the customer’s delivery address within 1 to 5 business days after your order is processed. Statistically, this is turns out to be more often within 2 - 3 business days shipping time. Please consider that there may be delays from our courier due to extraordinary circumstances and restrictions out of their control, ie, COVID-19, other.
Deliveries of purchases are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but if there may be a stock discrepancy, it could be possible that we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
There are 2 types of shipping options (valid for deliveries within the continental USA – deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may require a surcharge):
STANDARD shipping is free of charge. This can include ground shipping, 3rd day Select, or 2nd Day Air depending on the location of the delivery address. The company may choose at its own discretion the most efficient shipping mode taking in consideration cost and the environment. Normally, with this option purchases should arrive on average on or before the 3rd business day.
EXPRESS shipping requires a supplement charge of $30 from the customer. This option includes a Next Day Air service where the product should arrive on the next business day.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
As a policy, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All sales are final. However, there are some exceptions for refunds. Please see details in our Refund Policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@HOLGARswiss.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
